With 11 years of experience in the beauty industry, Donnie specializes in color and cutting, as well as giving great customer service and detailed consultations. She is not quick to jump to conclusions about what the client may want to do with their hair, instead she takes a few moments to get to know them on a more personal level, since personality defines us as individuals. This allows her to determine what their color and cut should reflect about them. Her philosphy is "beauty starts from within" and she can help bring that out for others through personal service. Her key is clear communication to earn trust and put each person at ease so they can have a relaxing visit.

Donnie owned her own salon for 6 years and uses Redken for men and women, Pureology, Matrix and Wella. She puts a lot of work into coordinating many classes in the salon to further each professional's knowledge and skill. She participates in each of these classes, as well as many other classes and workshops outside of the salon to keep informed about the latest color and cutting techniques for men and women. Donnie has also had several opportunities to work on TV specials and Movie sets.

Donnie is a family person who loves life and her profession. She sincerely cars about her clients and their individual needs. She rarely considers her job work as she loves what she does, which makes it less stressful. This is the energy she passes on to each client.
